The service is provided through a prepaid monthly user license (Software as a Service). Payment of the monthly fee grants access to the platform's features for the current billing cycle.
Upon successful payment of the subscription fee, the customer's dedicated Cloud instance will be provisioned. Our technical team will contact the customer at the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours to deliver the administrator login credentials and initialization instructions.
Customers have the absolute right to cancel their subscription at any time without incurring any penalties or exit fees. Cancellation will stop automatic renewal, and access to the system will remain active until the end of the already paid month.
Due to the digital and immediate nature of the service provided, we do not accept refunds for months that have already been paid for and used, nor do we issue partial refunds for incomplete months. In the event of a cancellation, the customer simply will not receive any future charges.
The provider is committed to keeping the infrastructure secure and operational. However, the customer (the healthcare facility) remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the clinical data entered into the system and for legal compliance in processing their patients' data according to applicable laws (e.g., GDPR).
